What is your order turnaround time?
Our order turnaround on all standard items (Polos, Sweats, Non-braided Blazers, Ties, Jackets, Accessories) is a maximum of 10 days. During peak season (June to September) this can reach around 2 weeks. Bespoke items such as braided blazers and tartan may take longer. We will always communicate any delays with your order where necessary.
I'm not sure about your product sizing, how do I get the correct size?
We have try on items available in store if you need to see sizing. All our products have inch measurements under the "Sizing" tab on the product page. If you are ever unsure on sizing please get in touch and one of our team will be happy to provide full measurements.
Do you have schoolwear stock in store, or is it only orders?
We stock over 100 schools in store, stock levels can vary - however, we try to keep a range of products for each school in stock at all times.
My child is starting P1 or S1 in August, when should I get their uniform?
We would reccomend coming in store for your first uniform around mid-June. This leaves plenty of time to have your uniform organised, but doesn't leave too long in case of a growth spurt. If you have a child starting nursery or school at another time, please leave yourself at least 2 weeks before their start date to get uniform organised.
